Data Deletion

Effective date: June 14, 2026

Users can request removal of their connected account data and encrypted provider tokens.

What Deletion Removes

• Encrypted OAuth tokens.
• Active account connection state.
• Local sessions associated with the deleted connection, where applicable.
• Pending publish access for the disconnected account.

What Deletion Does Not Remove

Posts already published to a social platform are not deleted automatically. Remove published posts directly on the platform if needed. Postora may retain minimal publish, security, and audit records where needed for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or platform-policy compliance.

How To Request Deletion

Email help@postora.xyz with the connected account handle and the platform account that should be removed. We will confirm the request and delete eligible connected account data from Postora systems.

Response Time

During private beta, deletion requests are reviewed manually. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
